The purpose of the Architectural Committee (ARC) is to preserve both the aesthetic and property value integrity of Lafitte's Landing Subdivision by ensuring that all improvements to those home sites are in accordance with all subdivision covenants.

Residents should submit an ARC request when they are planning any improvements to their home site to including, but not limited to the following:

Call (337) 291-5700 to report a problem

Garbage and Recycling pick-up is Tuesday

Garbage and Recycling Cans are to be put out the night before pick-up. 

Cans must be picked up on the same day as collection and stored from street view.

If the pothole is on Lafitte's Landing Pass or Barataria Bay Point, please call Public works, tel:(337)291-8517 or use Service Portal . All other roads please contact the HOA board.

 The most effective way to report a problem is to Call  the Department of Environmental Quality (337-291-8518), the morning after you scheduled pickup (Tuesday),  ask to speak to Mr. Mike Pope. If the city schedules a pickup and it is not completed in 24 hours, the company will be fined. Please keep calling every morning until you can has been picked up.

Dues can be paid on line utilizing a credit card

by logging into your account on the

Quality Management Solutions website.

 

Your must be a registered member to do so.

 

Some of the things your dues pay for are common area lawn and pond maintenance, park and deck maintenance,  private road maintenance, utilities and insurance and taxes for common areas. In addition, dues will pay for future development of common areas.

Assessments (dues) are $420.00 yearly and due on the first day of the year (January 1st).  It is important that dues are paid on promptly as the dues makeup 100% of the HOA operating budget. Any dues not paid within forty-five days (45) after January 1 shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of eighteen (18) percent per annum.
