Lafitte’s Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. promotes the harmonious lifestyle of a single-family development by implementing reasonable community and architectural standards. The standards are established within the Act of Dedication and Restrictive Covenants to preserve the aesthetics and property values of our community and its members.

It is the mission of the Lafitte's Landing Homeowners Association Board to make decisions that are in the best interest of the neighborhood as a whole and that will maximize the investment of all homeowners by maintaining and ultimately increasing the value of our homes.
